As most organizations are starting or mid-way through their AI use case journey, there are a lot of lessons being learnt on effective strategy and implementation. This talk presents a practical guide to leaders and managers on what should be your basic considerations before, during, and after AI project implementation. The talk will go into the high-level strategy and barometer one must have to evaluate and understand use cases, success metrics, and project planning—especially in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or biotech.

Vanitha is a technology executive and an entrepreneur with a successful track record in creating effective strategic plans, delivering business critical products, leading digital transformation, and fostering innovation. Her passion lies in bringing game-changing ideas to life through technology, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
She specializes in helping organizations by creating effective strategy and vision, incorporating business agility, and empowering and structuring high-functioning global teams. Her experience spans consumer-facing financial products, health care products, and digital commerce products. Her work spans large, matrixed, global organizations to startups.
Vanitha is a life-long advocate of female leadership in STEM and has initiated and implemented global, enterprise-level initiatives to improve diversity in technology. Her focus as a leader is to deliver exception value through strategy, enable teams to 10X performance and create a culture of innovation .
Her volunteer work includes serving on the Executive Board of Directors for TEDxMiami, public speaking at tech conferences, and mentoring high school students on careers in STEM.
