Sheera has over 10 years experience leading Agile teams. Sheera currently works as a Product Management Agility Lead for JP Morgan Chase, where she coaches and leads the product management and Agile transformation for the Mainframe Midrange Compute division, comprised of 26 global teams. She has always been service-oriented. She serves on the board of non-profits and currently mentors employees and individuals on how to break into and succeed in tech.
