As Business Information Officer – SVP Enterprise Technology, Shawna Cartwright is responsible for driving strategic alignment and maturity of the full application and data architecture across our Finance, Legal, Health & Safety, Marketing, Procurement and People products.  Shawna and her team are accountable for driving collaboration across and between our key business functions, including partnering with the Business Information Officers leading our Investor & Occupier teams to ensure holistic end to end architecture of all products and data to create value across and between lines of business.  Shawna joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2020 to drive the People Team Transformation leveraging her background in Continuous Process Improvement, Systems Implementation, and Shared Services transformation to deliver several critical initiatives in her tenure. ​

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Shawna led the Office of the CIO at Ryder System Inc., driving technology and process transformation for several major initiatives, while building Project Management and Quality standards across the organization. ​

In addition, Shawna has also led the implementation of several Finance and HR Shared Services and Systems Transformation efforts for Accenture, DHL and Aon.​

Shawna has a B.S. in Management Information System and Accounting from Kansas State University and hold Project Management (PMP), Product Owner (CSPO), and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.   Shawna is based in Florida with her husband David and their three children.
