Biography
As a Solution Leader specializing in Agile and Product Management, Portfolio and Project Management, and Organizational Change Management, Rachel designs bespoke engagements that empower her clients to achieve operational excellence. Leveraging her domain expertise in various Project and Change Management methodologies across multiple industries, Rachel aligns her clients' strategic priorities with the requisite talent, approach, and deliverables to realize project and business objectives.
Rachel joined Apex Consulting Services in 2021 as an Agile Program Manager Consultant with over 10 years of experience in project and program management, organizational change management, strategic business planning, marketing strategy and communications management.
Rachel received her Master of Business Administration and a B.A. in Romance Languages & Literature from Binghamton University. She holds PMP, CSM, PSPO II and SAFe® LPM Certifications and regularly speaks for PMI and IIBA chapter events.
