It's not what you know, it's who you know." This is very often the case when it comes to job searching. First expanding your network with the right people, groups and events, and then leveraging that network, is one of the most efficient ways to approach a job search. In this conversation, several Apex networking SMEs will share their insights around the following:

 

  1. Where should you be networking? Who should you be intentionally engaging with? 

  2. How can you best reach out to those individuals? We'll provide you some recommended scripts too! 

  3. What communication process/workflow can you follow with your hiring/recruiting "target audience?" 

  4. What do you need to know about working with Recruiters?

  5. How can you generally strengthen the relationships of your network?

Motivated by progression and dedicated to finding sustainable solutions, I bring over a decade of experience in managing the delivery of cross-functional projects, providing an intuitive approach to Program Management. As a strategic leader, I excel in orchestrating large, cross-functional teams to align business requirements with revenue growth opportunities. I specialize in defining portfolio and enterprise objectives and achieving key results by leveraging agile principles. My core strengths include adaptability and versatility, and I often assume a player-coach role across various domains.

A focused problem solver who recognizes the importance of effective communication, I’m able to see the bigger picture while understanding the finer details. My communication and partnership management skills not only enhance individual goals but also ensure alignment with the overarching objective.
