AIC 2025 Presentation
Presentation Title: Agile Journeys: Multigenerational Stories from a Mother-Daughter Team
Presentation Description:
In today’s workplace, multiple generations are working side by side, each bringing unique perspectives and challenges. Join Agile Coach Geri Pohl and her daughter, new Scrum Master Kayla Rau, as they share their personal and professional experiences from two different vantage points—one seasoned and one just starting out in the tech world. Together, they will explore the complexities, biases, and opportunities that arise in a multigenerational workforce. Through stories, observations, and insights, they’ll offer strategies for fostering collaboration in any workplace.
