Angela is a seasoned Technical Program Manager and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, program management, and large-scale transformations. She excels in technology adoption, organizational change management, and coaching, having led cloud migrations and digital transformations for Fortune 5/100/500 companies.
Angela’s expertise includes managing complex programs, facilitating workshops, and guiding organizations through operational efficiencies and scalable frameworks. She has successfully implemented SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks to enhance organizational agility and drive digital transformations.
Angela holds a Doctorate in Information Technology with a focus on technology adoption. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 6.0), Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), and Advanced Scrum Master.
